Οι Παχιές Αμμουδιές της Λήμνου ή Αμμοθίνες της Λήμνου που αναφέρονται επίσης και ως η Έρημος της Λήμνου, είναι θίνες, δηλαδή λόφοι από λεπτή άμμο. Οι αμμοθίνες απλώνονται σε έκταση περίπου 70 στρεμμάτων. Οι Παχιές Αμμουδιές βρίσκονται στα βόρεια του νησιού της Λήμνου, 3 χιλιόμετρα πάνω από το χωριό Κατάλακκος και κοντά στην παραλία Γομάτι.
The Pachies Ammoudies of Lemnos or Sand Dunes of Lemnos, also referred to as the Desert of Lemnos, are dunes, that is, hills of fine sand. The dunes spread over an area of approximately 70 acres. The Pachies Ammoudies are located in the north of the island of Lemnos, 3 kilometers above the village of Katalakkos and near Gomati beach.
